  Each additional person  $50

• All Full Hook-up & Water/Electric sites require deposit
          $250 refundable security/cleaning deposit
          $ 50 refundable electric deposit
• There is a $25 charge for waste disposal assessed to each space once per month.
• All electricity is metered. Monthly campers will be charged for electricity according to the meter reading each month.
• Small Pets are welcome, proof of vaccination and licensing required. Animals are to be kept under owner’s control at all times while on the premises.  No Pitbulls, Rotweillers, Doberman Pinschers, or other large aggressive dogs.
• There is a $35 charge for any NSF check presented in payment of fees.
• For month-to-month tenants, rent is due on the 1st day of the month.  A late charge of $65 will be charged after the 5th of the month.
